ARTIST PUBLICITY CONTRACT

 

This AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made effective this _____ day of _______________, 200__ by and between ____________________, located at ________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist") and ____________________, located at ________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Publicist").

 

WITNESSETH:

 

In consideration of the respective covenants contained herein, the parties hereto, intending to legally bound hereby, agree as follows:

 

1. The parties have discussed the matter of how long this Agreement shall be in effect. They have discussed the advantages and disadvantages of a short-term, medium-term, and/or long-term Agreement. The parties agree that duration of this Agreement shall be THREE YEARS.

 

2. Publicist agrees to perform on behalf of Artist the services customarily rendered on behalf of artists. Publicist agrees to perform the following services when requested to do so by the Artist:

 

(a) Advise and counsel in any matters pertaining to publicity, public relations and advertising in all fields of entertainment...
